Who We Are

Founded in 1998 by Bob & Megan Tschannen-Moran, the LifeTrek Coaching International team has worked with hundreds of clients to make the transition from good to great.

What We Do

Through personal coaching and organizational development, our appreciative and positive approach accelerates growth and produces results. We build on the best to bring out the best in individuals, schools, congregations, companies, and organizations. We enable people to move forward quickly and successfully in the direction of their dreams. In other words, we celebrate the best for exceptional results.

How We Do It

Our process, whether we are working with one person or a large organization, is wonderfully simple. We invite people to talk about and to celebrate their best experiences and core values; this provides the foundation for producing a compelling future vision. Then, we partner with clients to co-create the design for that future, developing strategies and supporting actions for success. Our use of Appreciative Inquiry unleashes the energy, creativity, and determination to make things happen.
