LifeTrek Coaching International
Bob
Tschannen-Moran, IAC-CC, CWC, is President of LifeTrek Coaching International
and serves on the faculty of Wellcoaches Corporation. Since founding LifeTrek in
1998, Bob has assisted many individuals and organizations to improve their
performance in life and work using a wide variety of strengths-based approaches.
As a prolific writer, Bob has co-authored ACSM’s Coaching Psychology Manual
(2009) and is a chapter contributor to the Sage Handbook of Coaching (2009). His
weekly email newsletter, LifeTrek Provisions, goes out to 50,000 subscribers in
152 countries.
Bob received an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University, a Master of
Divinity degree from Yale University, coach training from Coach U, CoachVille,
Wellcoaches, and FastTrack, appreciative inquiry training from the NTL Institute
for Applied Behavioral Sciences, and communication training from the Center for
Nonviolent Communication. He is certified by both the International Association
of Coaching (IAC-CC) and Wellcoaches Corporation (CWC).
Before becoming a coach, Bob spent almost 20 years in senior leadership
positions with the United Church of Christ in Chicago, IL and Columbus, OH. He
is a former President of the Richmond Area Coaches Association, an active
Kiwanian, as well as an avid runner, gardener, and student of evolutionary
wellness. Bob is married to Megan, his life and business partner, with two grown
children (Bryn, Evan) and daughter-in-law Michelle.
Megan
Tschannen-Moran is an Associate Professor in Educational Administration at the College of William &
Mary in Williamsburg, VA as well as Vice-President and Coach with LifeTrek Coaching International.
Megan received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and her Master and Ph.D.
degrees in educational administration from The Ohio State University. She has been a teacher, a
school administrator, and an education coach through the Coalition of Essential Schools. Her
research interests include trust in organizational contexts, social psychology, and social cognitive
theory. Megan is a member of the International Coach Federation.
Erika
Jackson received an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Otterbein College
and a Master's Degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State
University. She has expertise in both individual and team performance
improvement, having coached professionals at large public and private
organizations on issues such as leader, team, and career development. Erika is
also a consultant, instructional designer, group facilitator, and conflict
mediator. She has completed The Coaches Training Institute's Advanced Co-Active
Coaching courses and is a member of the International Coach Federation,
CoachVille, the International Society for Performance Improvement, the Human
Resources Association of Central Ohio and the National Association for the
Education of Young Children. In addition, Erika administers the Myers Briggs
Type Inventory for the exploration of personality preferences.
As a licensed “Corporate and Executive Wellcoach”, Erika focuses on the power of
creativity. Those who contact us for Creativity Coaching, soon discover that the
arts have the power to awaken the mind, generate breakthroughs, and stretch the
spirit for just about anyone. Erika uniquely enjoys using the arts in

Christina
Lombardo Ray, PCC, CPCC, received her undergraduate and Master degrees in
Education from The Ohio State University, specializing in the areas of
Performance Improvement, Adult Education, and Organizational Development.
Christina's coaching specialties include working with leaders, teams, new
moms/parents, people in career or family transition, and those who want to
create fulfillment in their life. In addition to her work as a coach, Christina
is an Organizational Development consultant. Based in Columbus, Ohio,
Christina's experience includes individual development, organization and process
redesign, retention, change management, team building, associate relations and
instructional design. Christina is certified by the International Coach
Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and by The Coaches Training
Institute as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She also administers the Myers Briggs Type Inventory. Christina is an
active member with the International Society for Performance Improvement, the International Coach
Federation, CoachVille, and the American Society for Training & Development.
Kate
Kriynovich received her undergraduate degree in Corporate Finance from Iowa State University and a
Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Kate has seventeen years of
management experience, including retail banking, credit acquisition, human relations, career
development, training, and organizational development. Kate administers the DISC Inventory as well
as the Myers Briggs Type Inventory for both organizations and individuals. Based in Columbus, Ohio,
Kate is a member of the International Coach Federation and CoachVille and has completed the Coach
for Life, Master's Coaching Program. Kate's coaching specialties include assessment and career
discovery, mid-life transitions, and corporate consulting.
Mike
Alafaci, our strategic partner in Australia, is the Founder of Solution Maps (www.SolutionMaps.com).
Mike works with Leaders to increase their ability to influence, build commitment
and get results on current business challenges. He coaches corporate sales
executives on a level beyond traditional training courses. Over the last 20
years, Mike has held leadership positions in and consulted with many of the
fortune 100 companies in the US, Australia and New Zealand. Mike’s
organizational work centres on aligning people, strategy and processes to
achieve satisfying results. If you have challenges with staff performance,
stalled business strategy, or large-scale key projects his work is brief and
targeted at alignment for outstanding results. Mike became a professional coach
in 2004. With coach training through the Life Coaching Academy, and advanced
academic studies at The Australian College of Applied Psychology.
